We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the KiD CuDi Official Store. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
